What we look for

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in your subject area.
  2. A specific topic and target audience — broader is harder to teach well.
  3. A draft outline of the first three lessons.
  4. Comfort with structured content (modules → lessons → assessments).
  5. Willingness to engage with learners in the discussion thread.
