After registering, check your inbox for an email titled "Confirm your email — Value Driver Learning Hub". Click the button or paste the link. The link expires after 48 hours; if it expires, request a new one from the resend confirmation page.

First, check spam and promotions folders. If it's still missing after 5 minutes, request a new link via resend confirmation. Make sure you typed your email correctly during registration.

From the user menu in the top right, choose Security, then Enable 2FA. Scan the QR with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password, and enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

Contact support via the contact form with your account email. We'll verify your identity through alternate channels and reset 2FA on your account.

On a course page, look for the Materials tab. Each material has a Download button. Some materials are public; others require enrollment in the course.
