Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Value Driver Learning Hub (the "Platform") operated by Value Driver Technology Solutions Limited ("VDTSL", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the registration information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content beyond what's offered through normal use.
  • Share course content with people who haven't paid for it (where paid).
  • Upload material you don't have rights to, or content that infringes others' IP.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other learners or instructors in discussions.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts.

4. Course content & certificates

Course content remains the IP of its author or VDTSL, as applicable. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access it for learning. Certificates we issue verify completion only — they're not accredited degrees.

5. Subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are granted at our discretion and typically only within 14 days of an initial purchase.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or engage in fraud, abuse, or activity that harms other users or our systems. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDTSL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

In no event will VDTSL be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
